The OPPO A5 Pro, which has been the subject of rumors for some time, is now just hours away from its official unveiling. Sources emphasize that the device will be introduced later today, while the latest developments reveal its performance test results.
OPPO A5 Pro Spotted on Geekbench
The OPPO A5 Pro, identified with the model number PKP110, has appeared in the Geekbench database. The smartphone scored 1,053 in single-core tests and 3,052 in multi-core tests, indirectly confirming some of its key features.
Based on the Geekbench tests, it’s evident that the smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor. Built on a 4nm architecture, this chipset features 4x 2.5 GHz ARM Cortex-A78 and 4x 2.0 GHz ARM Cortex-A55 cores, along with a Mali-G615 MC2 GPU.
The prototype tested reportedly comes with 12 GB of RAM, though it’s essential to consider the possibility of other memory options. Additionally, the device will run Android 15 straight out of the box.
Previous leaks suggest the smartphone will feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2412×1080 pixels and a refresh rate of 120 Hz. It is also expected to hit the shelves with a 50 MP primary camera, a 2 MP depth sensor, and a 16 MP front-facing camera. Finally, the device is anticipated to offer 256/512 GB of internal storage and pack a 5,840 mAh battery.
